General Policy
Soul Shepherding is a 501c3 nonprofit ministry. We work diligently to provide exceptional customer service and to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to us. As a small ministry, we are not able to accept cancellations, returns or provide refunds for resources at this time.
Damages and Order Issues
Please
inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at shop@soulshepherding.com.
Regional Exceptions (EU Only)
To comply with regional consumer protection laws, order cancellations and returns are available only to those located within the European Union.
Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation at any time before the item has been fulfilled/shipped.
Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Your receipt or proof of purchase is required for your return. To the best of your ability, please ensure items are unused and free from wear or damages. Customers are responsible for paying and arranging their own return shipping trackable service. Please mail items back to: 4000 Barranca Pkwy #250 Irvine, CA 92604. Your refund will be processed once we have received your return.
